Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy covers tableware orders and plan credits from SOVEREIGN HOUSEWARE LIMITED(“Sovereign House”). Online payment is not yet enabled (payment provider pending); the terms below apply once checkout is live and to orders arranged by email in the meantime.
Tableware shipping
- We dispatch within the United Kingdom and to selected destinations.
- Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within two to five business days.
- Delivery times and costs are confirmed at the point of order based on your destination.
Tableware returns
- Unused tableware in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email support@sovereignhouse.shop with your order details.
- Return delivery is arranged by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds for accepted returns are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and checked.
Damaged or incorrect items
If tableware arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
Plan credits
- One-off credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used, except where required by law.
- Unused one-off packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your credits remain available until the end of the paid period.
