These Terms govern your use of sovereignhouse.shop, operated by SOVEREIGN HOUSEWARE LIMITED(“Sovereign House”). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

Sovereign House is a digital inspiration tool for formal table settings. It generates place-setting boards, serveware checklists and hosting plans, and offers an optional range of ordinary tableware. The service is for personal styling guidance only.

What we do not provide

  • We do not provide catering or food preparation.
  • We do not provide event planning, staffing or on-site setup.
  • We do not guarantee any particular outcome from following a board.
  • We are not affiliated with any royal, government or official body.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, copy or resell its content or tools. The boards we generate are suggestions you adapt at your own discretion.

Accounts, credits and plans

Board generation may use credits available through one-off packs or subscription plans. Online payment is not yet enabled on this site (payment provider pending), and no charge is taken here. Plan details and credit rules are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Tableware orders

Tableware described on the site is ordinary homeware. Availability, pricing and delivery terms are set out at the point of order and in our Refund & Shipping Policy. Until checkout is enabled, tableware enquiries are handled by email.

Intellectual property

The Sovereign House name, design, imagery and content are owned by SOVEREIGN HOUSEWARE LIMITEDor its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the boards or the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
